‘We should stop making a big deal out of the little things and get carried away’


That’s what you used to say to me. You told me our teenage love story would last.

You told me our greatest adventures were yet to be discovered. I carried loyalty in defence at every incoming attack.


My father once told me, ‘A fool would offer you the world, but a man would offer you his life.’


I’ve learned trust is like glass; it’s clear and transparent but easy to break. Once broken you can put all the pieces back together but the cracks are permanent.


Courage is knowing when to be strong when your body and mind is fragile. My stature might be small, but my spirit is strong.


Although a slap isn’t as equal to your disloyalty it’s the beginning of amending something broken.


A king cannot claim royalty without a queen.
